Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience - talk with your recruiter to learn more. /p pbLead Electrical Engineer | Milan, Italy | Data Centre /b /p pbEmployment Type: /bFull-time, Permanent /p pbMane Contract Services /b are currently recruiting for an experienced bLead Electrical Engineer /b to join a leading international engineering contractor working on a major bdata centre project in Milan /b. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Electrical Engineer looking to take a bleadership role across electrical design, engineering coordination, installation, commissioning and handover /b. /p pWith a significant pipeline of projects for the next b5+ years /b, this position offers long-term stability, career development and the opportunity to work on some of Europe's most technically advanced engineering projects. /p h3The Opportunity: /h3 pAs bLead Electrical Engineer /b, you will take responsibility for electrical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with the Project Manager, design team, BIM, construction teams, vendors and client. /p pYou’ll ensure electrical designs are technically robust, constructible and compliant, while supporting successful installation, commissioning and handover. /p pThis is a hands‑on leadership position offering significant technical responsibility and the opportunity to blead engineering activities and mentor junior engineers /b. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead electrical engineering and bdesign management activities /b throughout the project /li liReview electrical designs and specifications, identifying bgaps,
clashes and technical risks /b /li liValidate bcable sizing, technical assessments and electrical solutions /b /li liPrepare and manage electrical btechnical submittals and approvals /b /li liCoordinate electrical equipment procurement, delivery and technical compliance /li liWork closely with BIM and construction teams to ensure designs are bconstructible and coordinated /b /li liLiaise with clients, designers, vendors and subcontractors to resolve technical issues /li liMonitor engineering and installation progress against the construction programme /li liConduct belectrical system walk‑downs /b to verify compliance with drawings and specifications /li liCoordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities /li liCompile and manage btest packs, FTOPs and OMs /b /li liManage specialist vendors throughout commissioning /li liProvide technical support to estimating, procurement, commercial and project bid teams /li liSupport QA processes and continuous improvement initiatives /li liMentor and coach junior engineers and graduates /li /ul h3What We're Looking For: /h3 pWe’re looking to speak with experienced Electrical Engineers with a strong background in bbuilding services, data centres or technically complex construction projects /b. /p h3You’ll ideally have:
