And that’s where you come in. /ph3Job Description /h3pHMAX Senior Developer /ppJob Profile Job Description /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSoftware DevelopmentulliDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions aligned with projects’ requirements. /liliApplying Hitachi Rail software development rules, implementing coding, testing, and documenting the solution to ensure robust applications. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and deliver state-of-the-art solutions. /li /ul /liliSupplier SupervisionulliOversee and coordinate activities of external suppliers involved in software development. /liliConduct regular code reviews and supervise progresses to provide feedback and suggest corrective actions in case of deviations. /liliEnsure suppliers meet contractual obligations, quality standards, and project timelines. /li /ul /liliLeadership CollaborationulliMentor supplier’s developers to share the knowledge bases. /liliAct as a technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners. /liliSupport project management.
/li /ul /li /ulh3Required Skills/Knowledge /h3ulli5+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in Phyton, Java, Spring Boot, AngularJS. /liliProficiency in relational (Postgres) and timeseries db (InfluxDB), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), authorization framework, methods (OAuth2 OpenId Connect). /liliExperience with Grafana, Airflow, and Kafka is considered a plus. /liliExpertise in software engineering best practices (CI/CD, branching, version control, testing). /liliLinus operating system knowledge (networking, scripting, software development, debugging and integration). /liliFamiliarity with Azure cloud platform is considered a plus. /liliExperience in supplier management, requirements compliance, and schedule management. /liliAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities. /liliStrong proactivity and self‑improving capability. /liliStrong team working attitude in international environment, adapted to different cultures. /liliExcellent communication skills. /li /ulh3Education/Qualifications /h3pEngineering Degree or equivalent technical background. /ppLanguages English and Italian: Upper intermediate level required (B2 or higher). /pp“Alla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti,
