pThe Communications Coordinator supports the Communications Director in managing the company’s communications across internal departments, regional teams, PR agencies and content partners. /ppThe role sits within the Marketing team and works closely with Product Marketing, CRM, Content, and Legal. Across all areas, this position requires proactive contribution and independent thinking, not just execution and coordination. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr / /pulliManage the flow of communications regarding consumer engagement tips between internal departments and with regional teams /liliCoordinate communications with global PR agencies, managing assets and press needs across long lead and short lead product pushes and new launches /liliAct as the daily point of contact with SMN#39;s copywriting agency, coordinating translation, localization and copy requests across markets /liliSupport review and coordination of SMN community /liliPartner with the CRM team to review and approve email communications /liliMaintain an organized shared drive system for brand assets /liliManage coordinate social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn and others /liliKeep the global marketing calendar updated, contributing opinions and input rather than tracking it passively /liliWork closely with the content team, managing assets according to PR,
Ecommerce and social media needs /liliContribute to gifting initiatives /liliHelp coordinate events and press trips /liliPrepare decks and briefing materials in support of executive needs across the organization /liliProvide coordination on basic legal matters related to communications materials /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements: /strong /ppbr / /pulliBachelor#39;s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field /liliAt least 4 years of experience in communications, PR or a related field, ideally within luxury or heritage brands /liliFluent in Italian and English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus /liliProficiency in Office Suite; experience with Launchmetrics preferred; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus /liliHighly organized with strong attention to detail /liliDiscreet, able to handle confidential material with good judgment /liliComfortable writing and communicating in an institutional tone rooted in heritage, rather than a lifestyle or trend focused marketing voice /liliWilling to travel regularly to Florence, with occasional international travel /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongEqual Opportunity Statement: /strong The announcement is applied to both sexes, according to laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to people of all ages and all nationalities, according to legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03.
