You will gain hands-on experience in business development and recruitment activities within a multicultural and dynamic environment, directly contributing to the expansion of our company.Your Missions:Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify potential clientsSupport the preparation of presentations and commercial proposalsAnalyze market trends and monitor competitor activitiesParticipate in the search and pre-selection of candidatesContribute to the definition of recruitment strategies and talent network creationCollaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure an efficient recruitment processAssist in onboarding and integration of new team membersYour ProfileMaster's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related fieldEligible for an extracurricular or Master's internship agreementProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration toolsEnglish fluencydriving licenseYou demonstrate strong communication skillsYou are dynamic, proactive, and eager to learnYou show a genuine interest in sales,
