Job Description
We are seeking an organized and motivated Account & Project Management Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of project management, operations, sales and product, within a fast-paced and creative environment working with major multinational clients. The intern will support the Training and Digital teams across the full lifecycle of our training programs, from client relationship management to course logistics and reporting and will contribute to the growth of MLC Add-in, our proprietary software.
Key Responsibilities
• Business development & client relations support: assist across the sales cycle of our training programs, preparing client-facing materials, managing follow-ups and nurturing ongoing relationships with companies.
• MLC Add-in management & development: help manage and grow MLC Add-in, coordinating improvements, testing new features and supporting its development over time. You and the product will grow together.
• Sales operations & reporting: keep the CRM up to date, track sales performance and produce periodic reporting by client,
ensuring decisions are made on reliable data.
• Training project management: support the end-to-end organization of courses, including scheduling, logistics coordination, materials and supplier management, to guarantee smooth delivery.
• Coordination & operational support: manage the calendar, align activities and provide cross-team support to keep operations running without friction.
Qualifications
• A recent graduate or student in Engineering, Management Engineering, Business, Management or a related field, early-career candidates with little experience are welcome.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of digital tools (Excel, CRM, email) and excellent written and spoken communication.
• Proactive attitude, reliability and the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing focus.
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative.
• An interest in the world of communication, presentations, training and software products is considered a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Italian is mandatory
