HR Recruiter Specialist(protected category under Law 68/99)

TXT Group is looking for an HR Recruiter (Law 68⁄99 protected category) to join the group company TXT e-Tech Main Responsibilities:

- Support in the definition and posting of new job openings, with publication across various social media channels;
- Screening of resumes and evaluation of profiles in line with company needs;
- Active search through various available channels to support the team’s requirements;
- Candidate contact for interview scheduling and phone pre-interviews;
- Data entry and updates in the company database;
- Support in optimizing and managing administrative documentation.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- Good command of the English language;
- High school diploma or university degree in humanities/sciences or a Master’s degree in Human Resources.

- The contract offered for this position is permanent, and the expected salary for this position is between €26,000 and €29,000 gross per year.
- The classification will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
