MAIN ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Support with the Pre production samples management and production launch, including documentation and logistics;Assist in packaging validation to ensure quality standards;Support wear testing activities and prepare evaluation reports;Collect and analyze data on customer claims and returns to identify quality trends;Assist in reviewing QC reports and managing non-conformities with suppliers;Help prepare regular quality feedback reports for internal teams and suppliers;Maintain and update restricted Substances list technical documentation and material data sheets to ensure compliance;Support coordination of supplier audits (social and factory);Assist cross-functional teams with daily quality activities and internal requests.La preghiamo di leggere attentamente la panoramica e i requisiti per questa occasione di lavoro riportati di seguito.REQUIREMENTS:Proficiency with the Office package (particularly Excel and PowerPoint);Intelligence, humor, focus on objectives;Practical mentality;Proactivity;Flexibility;Excellent interpersonal and listening skills;Aptitude for problem solving and teamwork.Excellent knowledge of English, another European language will be considered a plus.
