We're looking for aSenior AI Engineerto join a high-impact AI consultancy working on advanced, real-world projects aroundLLMs and multi-agent systems.
This is avery hands-on role, focused on designing and building production-grade AI solutions, not demos or PoCs.
What you'll work on:
Designing and implementingagentic AI systems(planners, tool use, memory, orchestration)
BuildingRAG pipelines in production(vector DBs, chunking strategies, retrieval & ranking)
Developing APIs and services inPython
Working withLLMs(OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic / open-source) in real products
Collaborating with other engineers and mentoring on architecture & best practices
Setup:
Freelance collaborationwith long-term perspective
Hybrid model: initial onboarding on-site, then gradually moving towards remote
Possible locations:Rome / Milan / Naples
Nice to have:
Experience inAI / tech consulting environments
Cloud architectures (especiallyAzure)
MLOps / LLMOps
Distributed systems & microservices
