The program manager is the responsible of development project up to commercial release, including budget control, quality, product cost, and time to market. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing multiple projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, innovation, supply-chain, and sales. **Your Mission**:
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop project plans, outlining project scope, goals, timelines
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient project execution and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track Stakeholder Management
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members to ensure effective communication and alignment, especially during TG validation preparation
- Conduct regular status updates and progress reports, using company tools (eg. Sciforma) Budget and Resource Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints
- Develop regular outlook in compliance with company policy
- Secure the respect of the development full-life cost Quality Control and Assurance
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, aligning with stakeholders
- Secure alignment with Sidel guidelines in terms of quality focus, modularity & standardization ambitions
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies for an efficient project management **Your Profile**:
Required experience and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for details.
- Competencies in product development
- Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Availability to travel and to manage projects on several sites and for different platforms
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (knowledge of Sciforma IT Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, ect)
