The Opportunity Working across Western Europe, you'll lead the development of the customer service sales function, focusing on: Service contract strategy Renewals Warranty conversions Equipment upgrades Installed base growth Revenue forecasting Customer lifecycle management
What You'll Be Doing Leading and developing a small Service Contract Sales team.
Building a robust pipeline of service contract opportunities.
Working closely with Service, Sales and Business Partner teams across Europe.
Driving customer retention and recurring revenue.
Supporting forecasting and commercial planning.
Helping develop distributor capabilities across multiple European markets.
Creating processes that will support the next phase of business growth.
