Technical Sales Professional

From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity. **Your Challenge** **Your main activities will be: - Analyze customer requirements, tenders, and RFQs in the electric mobility domain
- Define the optimal technical solution (hardware, software, services) aligned with customer needs and internal portfolio
- Prepare complete technical proposals, including system architecture, single-line diagrams, layouts, and technical descriptions
- Contribute to commercial proposals in cooperation with Sales (costing assumptions, scope definition, exclusions)
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, grid codes, and local regulations **To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation, or similar technical field
- 3-5 years of experience in technical proposal engineering, system engineering, or pre‑sales
- Experience in electric mobility, power infrastructure, energy systems, or related industries is highly preferred
- Solid knowledge of electrical power systems (LV/MV), DC charging technologies, and grid integration
- Understanding of eMobility ecosystems (charging hardware, backend software, energy management, services)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications
- Familiarity with standards and regulations (IEC, grid codes, safety standards) is a plus
- Experience with proposal tools, Excel-based costing, and technical documentation
- CAD tools and simulation tools are a plus
- Passion to never-stop growing

- Proficiency in English and Italian
