Descrizione del lavoro We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounting Manager to join our Finance team.
In this role, you will support daily accounting operations, ensure the accuracy of financial records, assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, and contribute to financial reporting and compliance processes.
Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient accounting procedures while gaining exposure to a broad range of financial activities within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities Support daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany transactions.
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
Support external audits and provide the required documentation.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Prepare financial reports and management presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Support tax and statutory compliance activities where applicable.
Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifiche Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Professional accounting certifications or ongoing certification programs are considered a plus.
