Kyivstar, a leading Ukrainian telecom operator, is seeking a Program Manager to join the Project Management Office. You will run strategic programs, define scope, schedule, allocate resources, and guide implementation from planning through launch.
You will mentor junior project managers, coordinate with partner teams, and report to executives, ensuring projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget. Fluent English and PMP or similar certification are preferred.
