pbRole Overview /b /ppWe are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and results driven Sales Engineer to support the growth of the DEPA and ELRO Pump Division across Northern Italy. This role will be responsible for managing an established portfolio of direct customers while driving new business development. /ppbr/ppThe ideal candidate is energetic, bright, and enjoys working on the road, building relationships, and engaging with customers in both technical and commercial discussions. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppManage, develop, and strengthen the existing direct customer portfolio. /ppDrive structured prospecting and identification of new business opportunities in key industries. /ppPlan and conduct customer visits, technical meetings, and product presentations. /ppAssess application needs and recommend the most suitable DEPA/ELRO solutions. /ppManage the full sales cycle: proposals, negotiations, follow up, and closing. /ppContinuously monitor market trends, applications, and competitors in the assigned territory. /ppEffectively use the company CRM to manage activities, pipeline development, and reporting. /ppPrepare regular reports on sales performance and market activities.
/ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppSome experience in B2B sales (preferably in industrial, mechanical, or fluid handling sectors). /ppStrong interpersonal skills; outgoing, communicative, proactive personality. /ppComfortable working on the road with frequent travel within the territory. /ppStrong autonomy in planning and executing commercial activities. /ppExcellent command of the English language (mandatory). /ppPractical experience with CRM systems (must-have). /ppHigh energy, initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong results orientation. /ppValid driving license (B) and availability to travel across Northern Italy. /ppBasic technical knowledge of pumps or industrial components is a plus, but not mandatory. /ppbr/ppbWhat We Offer /b /ppThe opportunity to join a solid, well established industrial group recognized in the pump sector. /ppComprehensive technical training on DEPA and ELRO products and applications. /ppA well developed sales territory with an existing customer base. /ppAutonomy, strong technical support, and all necessary tools for field activity. /p
