pbTractel Italiana /b is looking for a bSupply Chain Operations Assistant /b to join its organization. /ppThis position has been created as part of the company's Supply Chain succession plan. /ppThe successful candidate will work closely with the current Supply Chain Manager through a structured onboarding, mentoring and professional development program. /ppbThe objective of this development path is to prepare the selected candidate to succeed the current Supply Chain Manager and progressively assume responsibility for the entire Supply Chain Operations function of Tractel Italiana. /b /ppbr/ppThis role will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager /ppbr/ppbr/ppbKey tasks responsibilities: /b /ppbr/pulliSupport purchasing planning and procurement activities. /liliAnalyze inventory levels, consumption trends, KPIs and Supply Chain performance. /liliDevelop and manage relationships with local and international suppliers. /liliCollaborate with Group companies and manufacturing suppliers, including facilities located in China. /liliSupport logistics, warehouse and workshop operations. /liliParticipate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. /liliSupport quality, audit, certification and compliance activities. /liliParticipate in the implementation and development of Microsoft Business Central. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications Competencies: /b /ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliDegree preferably in Management Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. /liliInitial significant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Operations or Demand Planning. /liliUnderstanding of core Supply Chain processes and inventory management. /liliStrong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and KPI monitoring.
