About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience, supporting customers during their first interactions with our customer portals and helping them maximize the value of our digital solutions.

This internship is a great opportunity to grow, learn, and gain hands-on experience while supporting our Sales team with key administrative and commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding
- Manage and monitor onboarding activities for assigned customers.
- Ensure customers successfully complete portal registration and activation tasks.
- Support customers experiencing onboarding or access issues.
- Drive customer adoption through proactive engagement and follow-up activities.
Data Quality Management
- Verify and maintain the accuracy of customer and contact information.
- Ensure customer email data is complete and up to date.
- Resolve bounced or invalid email issues affecting onboarding communications.
- Support data validation and cleansing activities across relevant systems.
Customer Support
- Guide customers through their initial experience with DNV digital platforms.
- Account activation and portal access.
- Assist customers with user administration, permissions, and role management.
- Deliver co-browsing and operational support sessions when required.
Adoption & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor customer adoption KPIs and engagement metrics.
- Analyze dashboards and reports to identify customers requiring support.
- Proactively contact customers who have not completed onboarding or are not actively using the platform.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing customer adoption.
Operational Activities
- Update and validate customer information within company systems.
- Support onboarding

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Excellent Italian skills required – both written and verbal
- Fluent English required (written and verbal)
- Working proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently, using own initiative, as well as a part of a team
- Proactive, curious and positive approach
