Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Admin to join our team. In this role, you will support purchasing operations by managing order data, sourcing pricing, and helping ensure smooth procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Enter and process purchase order data, change orders, amendments, and related documentation
- Source pricing for spares using ILS and OEM websites
- Follow up on and monitor the status of open purchase orders
- Analyze inventory levels, demand/spend profiles, and lead times to support purchasing decisions
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
What you'll need
- High school diploma required; some college preferred.
- Previous aviation purchasing experience preferred.
- General proficiency in MS Excel and Word required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency mandatory - must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in a professional environment.
