The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality support experience while effectively representing the values and image of the brands managed by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer requests through multiple channels, including email, phone and chat ; Provide information, assistance and post-sales support ; Handle customer reports, complaints and requests, ensuring effective and timely resolution ; Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction; Represent the assigned brands consistently with their values and communication standards. Requirements & Skills: Fluency or Mother Tongue in at least two of the following languages: English, French,
German ; Italian is not required ; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong customer orientation and a service-minded approach; Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer requests effectively; Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.
What We Offer:
