They are now heavily investing to launch their European operations starting in Italy, offering a rare opportunity to build a business from scratch (#39;0 to 1#39;) with the financial backing and stability of a multi-billion-dollar global enterprise. /ppbr / /ppstrongJob Responsibilities /strong /pulliHub Management Standardization: /li /ulpResponsible for the overall daily management of the transit hub. Formulate and implement standardized hub operating procedures (SOPs), and strictly control on-site operations (unloading, sorting, loading) to ensure high efficiency and execution standards. /pulliHub Route Planning: /li /ulpLead the strategic planning for the transit hub. Formulate comprehensive plans for route design, vehicle shift scheduling, and capacity allocation based on daily volumes, peak seasons, and network layouts. /pulliOperational Quality Control: /li /ulpStrictly manage and monitor core operational quality metrics. Take full responsibility for controlling parcel loss rates, damage rates, on-time vehicle departures, transit delays, and labor efficiency to ensure high-quality service fulfillment. /pulliOverall Operations Coordination: /li /ulpHolistically coordinate sorting operations, capacity deployment, operational planning,
and real-time monitoring/dispatching. Ensure seamless connections among trunk lines, branch lines, and network stations to minimize operational exceptions. /ppbr / /ppII. Qualifications /pulliAssociate degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields are preferred. (Note: Bachelor#39;s degree or above is legally required for Italian Blue Card sponsorship). /liliMinimum of 3 years of operations management experience in logistics, express delivery, transportation, warehousing, hubs, or 3PL. /liliFamiliar with express delivery or logistics operational processes; understand core segments such as hub operations, transit operations, vehicle dispatch, route planning, loading/unloading, sorting, and time-definite management. /liliStrong on-site management capabilities and stress resistance; able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-intensity, and highly volatile operational environment. /liliExcellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills; able to drive joint problem-solving across stations, transportation, hubs, and customer service. /liliPossess a valid Italian work visa, or meet the requirements for working in Italy (e.g., eligible for an Italian Blue Card sponsor). /lilistrongItalian and English /strong can be used as a working language; proficiency in strongMandarin Chinese /strong is highly preferred. /li /ul
