/ppWe#39;re partnering with a renewable energy company developing and delivering projects across Italy.
As the business continues to grow its project pipeline, they#39;re looking to strengthen their Engineering team with an Electrical Engineer who can support projects across development, detailed design and construction.
/ppbr / /ppThis is a hands-on technical role with a particular focus on PV plant design and grid interconnectivity, working closely with Development, Procurement, external engineering consultants and wider project teams.
/ppbr / /ppstrongWhat you#39;ll be doing /strong /pulliCarry out preliminary and detailed design of strongsolar PV plants /strong, including plant layouts and electrical sizing.
/liliDesign and evaluate strongMV and HV grid connection solutions /strong.
/liliAssess grid connection configurations for both self-consumption and grid feed-in projects.
/liliSupport early-stage project development through strongyield assessments, grid connection analysis and preliminary engineering /strong.
/liliPrepare electrical schematics, technical drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
/liliReview technical and design documentation produced by external engineering consultants.
/liliSupport Procurement with the technical evaluation and selection of modules, inverters, trackers and other key components.
/liliSupport renewable energy projects throughout the wider development and construction process.
/liliDepending on experience,
contribute to the engineering of strongBESS and wind projects /strong alongside the core solar portfolio.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat we#39;re looking for /strong /pulliAt least strong3 years#39; experience /strong in electrical engineering within renewable energy, ideally with 3–5 years of relevant project experience.
/liliStrong hands-on experience in strongsolar PV plant design /strong.
/liliExperience using specialist PV design software such as strongPVcase, PVsyst and/or PV*SOL /strong.
/liliStrong experience with stronggrid interconnectivity and grid connection design /strong, ideally across MV and/or HV connections.
/liliProficiency in strongAutoCAD /strong and electrical design/CAD tools.
/liliAbility to produce technical reports, electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
/liliKnowledge of relevant strongCEI, IEC and UNI technical standards /strong.
/liliDegree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
/liliStrong English communication skills.
/liliExperience with strongBESS and/or wind projects /strong would be advantageous.
