Holidoit is building the software and distribution infrastructure for tour and experience operators. We run both a B2C marketplace and Holidoit Business, our fast-growing B2B software that helps operators sell online and manage bookings and operations in one place. We have raised €1.5M, we are profitable and have already served tens of thousands of customers. We’re a small, ambitious team looking for people who take ownership, move fast and want to help redefine the industry.
About the Role
Holidoit Business has generated millions of euros in sales since launching last year. We’re now looking for a Business Development Intern to help scale it further. As a member of the sales team, you will own the full commercial cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing and growing accounts. You will help customers get the most out of the product and work closely with our tech team to turn their feedback into product improvements.

What You Will Do
- Own and support commercial conversations with prospective and existing customers.
- Help close new business and grow revenue from existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer performance through better use of the product, stronger listings, or new feature adoption.
- Understand how our product compares within the competitive landscape to clearly convey our value proposition.
- Analyze results and measure your impact rigorously, focusing on the highest-ROI initiatives.
- Work closely with the tech team to solve problems and ensure customer feedback translates into product improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or a recent graduate, with a strong interest in sales, business development and technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and lasting customer relationships.
- A structured and analytical approach to managing customers and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills to support customer onboarding and software integrations.
- Fluency in Italian and advanced proficiency in English.
- Based in the greater Milan area.
- Previous experience in sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, is a plus.
- Work or study experience abroad is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- 6-month internship contract.
- Competitive internship compensation.
- Lunch and transportation allowance of up to €300 per month.
