CLIENT ADVISORVENICE, CENTRAL AREAOFFERING:- Salary up to €27K, according to experience- Great Benefits and premio scheme- 40 hours per weekRESPONSIBILITIES:- Stay up to date with collections, demonstrating strong product knowledge and a results-driven approach to exceeding KPI targets.- Support daily operations in collaboration with colleagues and management, ensuring impeccable standards on the sales floor, in the stockroom, and in VM, in line with company guidelines.- Deliver excellent customer service with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, and after-sales processes.- Act as a brand ambassador, building long-term relationships with new customers and VIP clientele.REQUIREMENTS:- At least 2 year's experience in a premium or luxury fashion industry- Currently working with KPIs, CRM & clients appointments- Fluent in English languageABOUT:- Italian luxury house- Elegance,
