We're looking for a:Prima di candidarsi per questo ruolo, la preghiamo di leggere le seguenti informazioni su questa occasione, riportate di seguito.Finance International Controlling & Reporting SpecialistRole Purpose:The Finance International Controlling & Reporting Specialist (Reporting to the Consolidation, Controlling & Reporting Manager) is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of managerial reporting and supporting the external consolidated financial statements of the entities in the scope.The ideal candidate will have experience in Financial Controlling and Business Performance Analysis.Key Responsibilities:Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes at Group levelAnalyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS (or applicable GAAP)Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders.Analyze financial results and variances,
driving financial performance and providing insights to management to support strategic decision makingSupport subsidiaries in reporting processes and provide accounting guidanceCoordinate with local finance teams across different countriesContribute to the preparation of management reports, board presentations, and financial disclosuresEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and proceduresDrive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processesKey Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in financial controlling and reporting, preferably in a multinational environmentExperience with Group Reporting and complex organizational structuresStrong analytical and financial modeling capabilitiesStrong knowledge of IFRS (or relevant accounting standards)Experience with consolidation tools (e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion, OneStream)Advanced Excel skillsLanguages:English: Fluent (mandatory)Italian: Fluent (mandatory)Offer:Salary range: from €39.000 to €46.000, that will be defined dependi
