Apply now!Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and enhance MVNO network infrastructure at customer sites.- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations using OSS/BSS and Element Manager (EM) systems.- Support the deployment and integration of Over-The-Air (OTA) and Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP)
platforms.- Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to ensure seamless interoperability between MNO and MVNO network elements.- Conduct drive tests and verify new RAN sites before integration into the MVNO network.- Assist with technical documentation, installation validation, and verification of network KPIs.- Analyze technical problems, including coverage gaps or traffic disruptions, and propose effective solutions.Skills / Must Have- Mid-Senior Level experience- Proven project delivery experience- 4G / 5G Core Network expertise- RAN knowledge- University degree- Cisco Certification- Experience with Nokia / Ericsson / Altnet- IoT knowledge- VOIP solutions experienceBenefits- Hybrid working (2–3 days onsite per week)- Goal-based premio- Opportunities for professional growth and networkingSalary- Up to €45,000 per year#J-18808-Ljbffr
