pFor a primary Professional Services Company, we are looking for a bGroup Communications Manager /b /ppbr/ppYou will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and you will be working on brand architecture, thought-leadership, digital channels and lead generation by building omni-channel campaigns across European countries, various business lines and brands. /ppThe scope of the role is international and will see you working alongside our senior leadership across 10+ offices, being based in Milan as the group Chief Marketing Officer and team. /ppbr/ppbKey responsibilities: /b /pulliCommunications strategy design and implementation /liliBrand architecture /liliDigital strategy /liliPR External communications (Website, LinkedIn, Google Business, Events) /liliInternal communications (Intranet, Viva Engage platform, WhatsApp) /liliLead generation Thought-leadership omni-channel campaigns /liliEvents management (for clients and internal) /liliProject and Budget management /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements:



/b /pulliBachelor or Master’s degree in Communications or Marketing /lili5-10 years minimum working experience, ideally in B2B, consultancy firms or PR agencies – experience in both structured matrix and entrepreneurial firms a plus /liliGreat comms and writing skills /liliSolid social media and Digital marketing expertise /liliProject management experience /liliAdvanced proficiency in English and Italian is essential. French basic knowledge is mandatory. /liliProactive, passionate, team player, curious, creative, precise /liliStructured mindset, with strong adaptability /li /ulpbr/ppWe are looking for a dynamic, hands-on professional with a strong organizational awareness and ability to work with various stakeholders. /ppbr/ppContract: Full-time /ppLocation: Milan /ppFixed salary: 50 – 70k based on length of experience, language and other skills /p
