Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Understand and effectively communicate the company 's products and services to clients and candidates




- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer service experience

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
