Since 2018, strongAgap2 Italia /strong has been operating across the Italian market in the following sectors: Energy, OilGas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation, Construction. /ppbr / /ppstrongABOUT THE ROLE – Planning Engineer /strong /ppWe are looking for a strongPlanning Engineer /strong with at least strong8 years of experience /strong in project planning and scheduling within OilGas and EPC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring and updating project schedules across all project phases, from engineering and procurement through fabrication, construction, offshore installation, commissioning and handover. /ppThe role will support the Project Manager and Project Service Manager by providing schedule forecasts, progress updates, critical path analysis and delay assessments, enabling proactive project management and timely corrective actions. /ppbr / /ppstrongWork location: /strong /ppMilan /ppbr / /ppstrongMain responsibilities: /strong /pulliDevelop and maintain the Project Master Schedule in line with the Project Execution Plan. /liliDefine the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activity coding, milestones and critical path. /liliMonitor actual progress against the approved baseline schedule. /liliUpdate project schedules with actual progress data and identify deviations. /liliDevelop recovery plans, mitigation measures and short-term look-ahead schedules. /liliMaintain progress curves, S-curves and manpower histograms. /liliCoordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore and commissioning teams to collect progress data. /liliIntegrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the overall project schedule.



/liliMonitor key activities including yard fabrication, module assembly, civil works, vendor deliveries, marine vessel mobilization, subsea installation, hook-up and commissioning campaigns. /liliEnsure alignment between onshore and offshore execution schedules, particularly for critical project interfaces. /liliPrepare weekly and monthly planning reports for project management and the Client. /liliPerform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and highlight potential delays and corrective actions. /liliPerform schedule impact analysis related to change orders and variations. /liliSupport claims and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions through Time Impact Analysis (TIA). /liliMaintain accurate planning records and schedule documentation. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliBachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university. /liliAt least strong8 years of professional experience /strong in project planning and scheduling after obtaining the university degree. /liliProven experience in Planning roles within OilGas, EPC or complex industrial projects. /liliStrong knowledge of project scheduling, WBS, CPM, progress monitoring and delay analysis. /liliExperience in fabrication yard, module assembly, construction and/or offshore projects. /liliGood understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning activities.
