Pubblicato il 13-09-2026 - Cap Ingelec in MilanoppAs part of our growth and organizational development aroundbmajor industrial building projects /bas abGeneral Contractor /b, we are seeking a bPlanning Engineer /b in bMilan. /b /ppYou will be responsible for optimizing project timelines at every stage, coordinating subcontractors on site, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities related to project scheduling. /ppbMore specifically, your main responsibilities will include: /b /pullipDevelop detailed project execution plans and schedules; /p /lilipManage the planning of complex, interconnected projects, including resource allocation and cost optimization; /p /lilipMonitor project progress and implement schedule adjustments to ensure delivery on time and within budget; /p /lilipChallenge construction methodologies and technical solutions to improve overall project performance; /p /lilipWork closely with the Design and Construction teams to optimize project delivery schedules and cost efficiency; /p /lilipAnticipate potential issues and adjust schedules to ensure the initial project timeline is maintained; /p /lilipPrepare schedule reports and monitor project progress for the client, internal stakeholders, and project partners. /p /li /ulpWith an engineering background in the construction industry, you have proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination. /ppProficient in MS Project and Primavera P6, you possess a strong technical mindset and thrive in multicultural environments.
