Discover more about our culture and approach here: /ph3Job Description Summary /h3pAs Asset Management Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the governance, standardisation and optimisation of asset management processes across Nadara’s international portfolio. Working closely with country teams and central functions, you will contribute to maximising operational performance at portfolio level, ensuring consistency, compliance and continuous improvement. /ph3Job Description /h3h3Key responsibilities /h3ulliProvide standards for the main administrative and operative processes related with SPVs governance and asset management ordinary activities (i.e. insurance claims, reporting, budgeting inputs) /liliensure the implementation of those processes and procedures and perform internal audits and manage external ones /liliManage the OM strategy implementation at portfolio level defining and fine-tuning scope, terms conditions with the support of Procurement; evaluate the results in regards performance and OPEX savings; Manage global framework agreements (including LDs/Bonus payments, energy off taking reports and related metrics) /liliCoordinate budgeting process at portfolio level with regular checks on expenditures and OPEX tracking, in collaboration with PC (Planning Control)
department /liliProvide guidance to the global asset management team in the use of all the Company systems and business platforms to ensure full compliance with Company policy and procedures /liliInteract with Energy Markets to establish a strong relationship between departments supporting the implementation of energy dispatching/trading strategy at portfolio level /liliProvide specific support and technical advisory for strategic initiatives impacting the whole portfolio (i.e. portfolio warehouse, portfolio refinancing, ERP process hierarchy review, etc.); Manage the operational phase of the onboarding of the new assets and ensure smooth and regular process with ad hoc presence during development, construction and commissioning phase /liliConduct, with the support of other COO areas, business analysis at portfolio level trying to identify OPEX/CAPEX savings through the coordination of the area managers. /liliProvide active support to GROWTH and other COO departments to ensure the receipt of all the necessary inputs to the business models related with revamping/repowering/colocation initiatives /liliAct as a focal point for Communication/Sustainability topics: provide inputs for ESG reporting acting as a bridge/collector from site to headquarters. /liliManage special and relevant projects/issues related with portfolio operations where additional seniority is needed to manage regulatory/law compliance and to interact with Authorities or other relevant/noticeable external stakeholders /liliHealth, Safety, Quality Environment (HSQE) Promote and uphold high HSQE standards across the asset portfolio, contributing to a strong safety and sustainability culture. /li /ulh3What we are looking for /h3h3Experience technical skills /h3ulliMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the power industry and energy business. /liliIn depth understanding of the OM activities performed on site and related QHSE duties. /liliExcellent knowledge of the energy market dynamics and trends. /liliRelevant knowledge of complex ERP,
