We believe that it is only through strong investment in talent engagement, continuous professional development, support and recognition that our people can exceed every limit and build a fulfilling career.Role OverviewThe Global Data Factory Specialist supports the design and delivery of data and business intelligence solutions at global level, contributes to analytics execution under the guidance of senior team members, and enables data-driven decision-making through structured data products and reporting outputs.AccountabilitiesSupport the development and maintenance of global data and business intelligence solutions.Contribute to multi‑country analytics initiatives by supporting technical design and solution implementation.Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data pipelines in line with defined standards and templates.Support data quality, consistency and performance monitoring across data and BI solutions.Apply global data governance,
security, and development guidelines in daily activities.Perform data extraction, transformation, and basic analysis tasks to support insight generation.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to support analytics delivery and issue resolution.Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of data solutions.QualificationsUniversity degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields is a plus.Up to 2 years of initial experience in business intelligence, data management, or analytics roles (entry-level profile).Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI platforms.Basic experience working with structured data and databases; data modeling and engineering skills are a plusComfortable working in team-based or cross-functional environments under the supervision of more senior colleagues.Full professional proficiency in English.SkillsOpen and collaborative team play, sharing doubts, ideas, findings, and lessons learned with their colleaguesWillingness to learn continuously on the job, especially new technologies, development practices, and ways of workingProactivity: going beyond the literal task, exploring improvements, noticing inconsistenciesRigor and precisionLocation: HQ Milan, Italy (Hybrid
