We’re a small, ambitious team looking for people who take ownership, move fast and want to help redefine the industry. /ppbr/ppbAbout the Role /b /ppHolidoit Business has generated millions of euros in sales since launching last year. We’re now looking for a Business Development Intern to help scale it further. As a member of the sales team, you will own the full commercial cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing and growing accounts. You will help customers get the most out of the product and work closely with our tech team to turn their feedback into product improvements. /ppIf you like getting things done and want to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you. /ppbr/ppbWhat You Will Do /b /pulliOwn and support commercial conversations with prospective and existing customers. /liliHelp close new business and grow revenue from existing accounts. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve customer performance through better use of the product, stronger listings, or new feature adoption.
/liliUnderstand how our product compares within the competitive landscape to clearly convey our value proposition. /liliAnalyze results and measure your impact rigorously, focusing on the highest-ROI initiatives. /liliWork closely with the tech team to solve problems and ensure customer feedback translates into product improvements. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We’re Looking For /b /pulliCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or a recent graduate, with a strong interest in sales, business development and technology. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and lasting customer relationships. /liliA structured and analytical approach to managing customers and identifying commercial opportunities. /liliStrong organizational skills to support customer onboarding and software integrations. /liliFluency in Italian and advanced proficiency in English. /liliBased in the greater Milan area. /liliPrevious experience in sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, is a plus. /liliWork or study experience abroad is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppbCompensation and Benefits /b /pulli6-month internship contract. /liliCompetitive internship compensation. /liliLunch and transportation allowance of up to €300 per month. /liliBeautiful offices in the heart of Milan (Corso Garibaldi), with terraces and a bar. /liliFlexible working environment: 1 day remote per week. /li /ul
