ppAs a Network Engineer in NTT DATA's Managed Services, you support a major international automotive client from the Rome site, ensuring continuous, SLA-driven network operations.
You collaborate with a global team to deliver reliable service, handle on-site activities, and contribute to customer satisfaction.
The role involves on-call support, incident handling, and hands?on configuration and optimization of network gear.
You will shape service delivery through routine changes, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, within a diverse, inclusive culture.
