About the Role:We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support an international brand in Portugal, Greece or Bulgaria!We are looking for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving, and who have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- 1. Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- 2. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing, and technical issues.

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.
Requirements:
