Responsibilities
- Deal with dealers' online and offline technical problems;
- Responsible fortechnical support system requirement input;
- Participate in the development of training courses, edited PPT courseware, and participate in after-sales technical training;
- Responsible forthe verification and recommend of special tools and diagnostic instruments;
- Follow-up and management of technical data;
- Responsible forthe establishment of technical case database;
- Monitor and solve market quality issue;
- Responsible forhandling and improving quality problems;
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields is preferred.
- At least 5 years of working experience in vehicle aftersales service, technical support or vehicle R&D.;
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, punctuality, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software and tools.
