We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager OE to expand our European OE Team.
Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact, build strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to assigned clients, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to queries and complaints.
- Assist with sales and business development strategies, including creating sales plans, explaining pricing,
and identifying new opportunities for existing and new clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and senior account managers to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on the status and performance of client accounts. xysqume
- Implement strategies to retain clients, often through proactive engagement and after-sales support.
Qualification
- Academic Degree in business, engineering or a field directly related to the position
- Experience in the Tire Industry
- Familiar to work with cross-functional and international teams
- Strong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
- Fluent in English - Any other additional language is a plus
- Open-minded, team work and cross-cultural communication
