Your Impact
As a Digital Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex digital initiatives that support the evolution of customer experiences and business capabilities across multiple channels and touchpoints. You will act as a key connector between business stakeholders, design teams, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment, driving execution, managing risks, and enabling successful outcomes. Through strong project leadership and stakeholder engagement, you will contribute to the continuous enhancement of our digital ecosystem and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Drive digital initiatives from strategic definition through design, development, testing, and go-live.
- Define and manage project scope, priorities, milestones, roadmaps, and delivery plans, ensuring alignment across business, design, and technology teams.
- Drive project governance activities, including planning, prioritization, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Digital, IT, E-commerce, Marketing, CRM, Retail, and external partners.
- Act as a key business counterpart for UX/UI and creative teams, ensuring alignment between business requirements, customer needs, and design solutions.
- Ensure consistency across customer journeys and digital touchpoints, contributing to a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, technology vendors, and strategic partners, ensuring effective collaboration and successful delivery.
