About the Role To provide technical guidance for the installation, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of specialized machinery and equipment used in civil construction projects, ensuring reliable equipment performance and effective customer support throughout the equipment lifecycle. The role acts as a technical link between the Engineering home office, customers, project teams, and site personnel,
supporting the successful deployment and operation of equipment at construction sites and contributing to the continuous improvement of products and field service activities.
Responsibilities
Equipment Installation and Commissioning Perform functional checks and verify the correct operation of mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and control systems. Support the integration and testing of equipment control and monitoring systems. Identify and resolve technical issues arising during installation and commissioning.
After-Sales Technical Support Provide technical assistance to customers and site teams during equipment operation. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and control-system issues. Analyse equipment failures and identify the root causes of technical problems. Recommend and implement corrective actions and repairs. Support warranty-related
