We are looking for an enthusiastic Quality Engineer to become part of our Global Quality group, specifically for the team of Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) Return Material Authorization (RMA). This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who have a solid technical background and a passion for failure analysis, product quality, and reliability engineering.You will support the examination of customer-reported problems in this position. You will take part in determining root causes and cooperate with various teams to boost product quality and stop failures from happening again.Key Responsibilities* Support failure analysis (FA)
activities on returned products to identify failure mechanisms* Support root cause analysis through structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D)* Examine test data, logs, and manufacturing information to detect patterns and irregularities* Contribute to preparation of technical reports (FA reports, 8D) for internal and customer use leveraging AI* Work with cross-functional teams (Build, Process, Manufacturing, Reliability) to support issue resolution* Participate in quality monitoring and data analysis to track trends and detect deviations applying AI* Assist in the definition and tracking of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)* Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardizationQualifications / Requirements* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Engineering, Electronics, or related field* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Basic understanding of electronics and semiconductor
