We are searching for an Embedded/Industrial Integration Engineer (OT) - Power Systems
Role Mission
We are looking for an Embedded/Industrial Integration Engineer (OT) to ensure reliable integration between the CPPC Tiers control platform and field devices across utility-scale energy systems.
You will play a key role in connecting embedded control systems with real-world infrastructure such as inverters, BESS, meters, and protection devices, ensuring robust communication, correct I/O mapping,
and smooth commissioning.
Your work will directly impact system reliability, commissioning success, and operational stability in mission-critical energy environments.

FULL REMOTE (only freelance consultancy agreements)
Employee Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary, RAL): € 35, ,000.00
Contractor Compensation Range (Annualized): € 55, ,000.00
Key Responsibilities
- Develop embedded software for industrial controllers managing RES and BESS plants
- Implement low-level drivers and hardware abstraction layers for real-time systems
- Ensure deterministic execution, low latency, and high system stability
- Optimize memory usage, CPU performance, and real-time task scheduling
- Integrate embedded software with communication protocols (Modbus, IEC 61850, OPC, etc.)
- Collaborate with Control Engineers and Real-Time Software Engineers to deploy control algo
