The Data Engineer Specialist handles daily operations and contributes to new initiatives on GEB's Data Ingestion Tool platform.
The Data Engineer Specialist works with the Product Owner and cooperates with other colleagues in the COO area, such as business analysts and IT, as well as business departments.
Your responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list):
Develop ingestion pipelines using PySpark and Databricks based on provided design specifications.
Implement data quality validation rules within the established framework.
Support CI/CD integration by using pre-configured Azure DevOps pipelines (no setup required).
