Negotiate, draft, and oversee commercial contracts for Sungrow's projects in Italy and other EMEA regions.
Support contract activities for the PV and ESS Business Units, including framework agreements and sales contracts.
Review, draft, and qualify various contractual documents such as General Terms & Conditions and non-disclosure agreements.
Identify contractual risks and deviations from Sungrow's principles, securing necessary approvals for major issues.
Prepare and negotiate contractual qualifications with both new and existing clients.
Create comprehensive contract and risk summaries to inform project personnel of obligations and objectives.
Negotiate to resolve contractual and financial disputes on active projects, advising commercial managers.
Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, processes,
and procedures within Sungrow's Business Management System.
Your profile
All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit in this role, and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:
Degree in Law or a relevant Business-related qualification.
At least 3-5 years of experience in the PV, Energy Storage, or Construction industry.
Strong commercial focus with a sound knowledge of contract law and proven drafting ability.
Demonstrated experience working within a Contracts or Legal department.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and explain legal concepts to a non-legal audience.
Pro-active approach to problem-solving, capable of constructive challenge and negotiation with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills, accustomed to report writing a
