Influencer & Partnership Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded, results-driven Influencer / Partnership Manager to join a fast-growing online gaming and entertainment brand across multiple international target markets. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for expanding the brand's local footprint by acquiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing influencers, live streamers, content creators, and strategic affiliate partners within your assigned region.
Location & Work Mode
- Location: Fully remote work from: Portugal, Italy, Greece, Finland, Spain, Poland, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Switzerland, New Zealand, South Korea, Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, or Ireland - if you are not based in one of the countries do not apply, you will be automatically rejected.
- Work Mode: 100% Remote / Work from Home (Freelance / SLA engagement).
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate with, and recruit local content creators, streamers, KOLs, and digital community partners.
- Negotiate commercial models, including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and fixed-fee agreements.
- Oversee creator onboarding by delivering tracking links, landing pages, promotional assets, and creative briefs.
- Track and evaluate campaign success using key performance indicators such as First Time Depositors (FTDs), deposit volume, CPA, ROI, NGR, and overall player quality.
- Continuously optimize existing relationships and reactivate underperforming or dormant partners.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns and partner creatives strictly align with local advertising standards and regulations.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in the language of your assigned target market, plus strong business English (written and verbal).
- Experience: Background in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, Affiliate Marketing, or KOL Management.
- Industry Familiarity: Prior experience in iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, Crypto, or performance marketing environments is highly advantageous.
- Technical & Commercial Knowledge: Good understanding of performance models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid), tracking mechanisms, and digital marketing funnels.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work fully independently.
Working Hours & Schedule
- Schedule: Flexible hours under a freelance / SLA structure, working autonomously within your local market.
Salary, Bonuses & Commission Structure
- Average Monthly Earnings: €1,200 – €3,000+ (Base salary + uncapped performance commissions).
- Please be aware that this is a fully freelance role and you work mainly on commission
