Business Unit Overview:
- The Amex Insurance team develops, markets, and manages insurance solutions for American Express customers and out of base clients, working with international partners to deliver innovative, customer-focused protection products while driving business growth and digital transformation.
About Role:
- American Express is looking for an Insurance Marketing & Product Analyst Intern to join the Amex Insurance team in Milan.
- The intern will support marketing and business development initiatives, contributing to customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and performance analysis. The role offers exposure to cross-functional projects and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support marketing campaigns and customer growth initiatives (local and central).
- Analyze business performance, campaign results, and customer insights.
- Create reports, dashboards,
and presentations for management reviews.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Support project management and operational activities with third-party partners.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or Master's student in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Business, or related fields
- Strong interest in marketing and business performance
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English

- Starting Date: Monday 12 Oct 2026
- Duration: 6 months internship + with potential 6 months renewal
- Hours: 39 hours per week
