MISSION

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Bologna. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless flow of our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for demand planning, procurement management, and coordination with clients and partners, as well as monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

FUNCTIONS

Implement demand plannification to ensure product availability, optimal stock levels, and efficient delivery schedules

Manage the procurement process, implementing negotiating with suppliers and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials.

Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders—clients, suppliers, and logistics partners—facilitating clear communication and efficient operations.

Monitor, analyze, and report on critical KPIs, identifying trends and areas of improvement to enhance overall supply chain performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.

EXPERIENCE - A(>10Y), B(5-10Y), C(2-5Y), D(0-2Y)

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an international environment.





Advanced English language skills (C1 or equivalent), both written and spoken.

Spanish is a plus.

Strong planning and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and make well-informed decisions.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly valued.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating effective stakeholder management.

Detail-oriented and proactive, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Monitor ageing inventory and take necessary coordination efforts with warehousing/procurement to minimize waste.

Monitoring and optimization of service, delivery and customer satisfaction metrics and develop strategic reports.

Responsible for executing all logistics activity providing an efficient service to customers at the right time, in the right manner and at the cheapest cost.
