As an Entertainment Services Advisor, you will assist Italian-speaking clients in navigating a range of entertainment options, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries regarding entertainment services, including events, activities, and bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, addressing issues and queries efficiently.
- Use your knowledge of the entertainment sector to make recommendations based on client preferences and interests.
- Manage and process bookings, ensuring all details are accurate and communicated clearly to clients.
- Stay current with trends and new entertainment offerings to enhance customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to the ongoing improvement of services offered.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer support.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
