ph3Purpose /h3 pThe bMechanical Engineer /b will join our RD team, working closely with a Senior RD Mechanical Designer to develop innovative solutions for our product portfolio. The role begins with customer requirements and transforms them into concrete technical concepts to support product development. This position plays a key role in continuous improvement activities and contributes to the evolution of our technologies through hands-on design and collaboration. /p h3General Responsibilities /h3 pYou will actively participate in all phases of the product development cycle, including: /p ul liConducting initial studies, technical analyses, and feasibility assessments. /li liDesigning components and assemblies, supporting prototyping activities, and refining concepts. /li liManaging Bills of Materials (BOM) and collaborating closely with suppliers. /li liSupporting the transition from prototype to production, ensuring manufacturability and alignment with internal processes. /li liCollaborating with the Quality Control team, Operations, and the Moulding Department to ensure consistency and technical accuracy throughout product development. /li /ul h3Required Experience Education /h3 ul liTechnical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. /li liGood command of English,
both written and spoken. /li liAbility to read and interpret technical drawings. /li liKnowledge of bCreo /b and bWindchill /b. /li liPrevious experience within an RD or Technical Office environment. /li liBasic understanding of electrical systems (preferred). /li liStrong teamwork and communication abilities. /li liFlexibility and a proactive mindset. /li liCreativity and an innovative approach to problem-solving. /li liStrong analytical thinking and planning skills. /liliCuriosity, open-mindedness, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities. /li /ul pThe offer includes direct employment with the company on a permanent contract, with a gross annual salary ranging from €34,000 to €45,000. /p pThe indicated salary range reflects the expected compensation for the role and is defined based on objective criteria related to the job, including responsibilities, scope, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, demonstrated capabilities, and internal equity.
