ppLocation: Casale Monferrato, Italy /p h3Lead Quality in a Plant That Serves Global Brands /h3 pAt Epta Group, quality is more than compliance - it's a key driver of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth. /p pWe're looking for a Plant Quality Manager to lead the Quality function at our Casale Monferrato manufacturing plant, a site of approximately 500 employees that produces plug-in refrigerated cabinets, commercial refrigeration solutions, and vending equipment for leading Food Beverage brands and major retailers worldwide. /p pThis is an exciting moment to join us. The plant is undergoing a significant transformation, with a new production layout and new machinery being introduced, creating an opportunity for a quality leader to drive continuous improvement and help shape the future of manufacturing excellence. /p h3Your Impact /h3 pAs Plant Quality Manager, you will be the voice of the customer within the factory and the reference point for all quality-related activities across the site. /p pYou will: /p ul liLead and develop a team of 10 quality professionals covering incoming goods inspection, production quality, laboratory testing, and customer claims management /li liEnsure compliance with the Quality Management System, ISO standards, and certification requirements /li liDrive improvements in quality KPIs, customer satisfaction, and supplier performance /li liLead root cause analysis and corrective action activities using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, PDCA, and CAPA /li liManage customer complaints and collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and HQ /li liPlan and lead internal and external audits /li liDefine quality standards, controls, and risk mitigation strategies /li liManage the quality budget and monitor quality-related costs /li liSupport process optimization, operational excellence,



and manufacturing innovation initiatives /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liAt least 7 years of experience in a Quality Management leadership role within a manufacturing environment /li liPrevious experience managing teams and driving quality improvement programs /li liStrong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies /li liExperience with supplier quality, customer quality, and quality KPI management /li liDegree in Engineering or equivalent technical background /li liFluent Italian and good command of English /li liGood knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office /li liStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills /li liAvailability to travel within Italy and internationally /li /ul h3Why Join Epta? /h3 pThis is a unique opportunity to take ownership of quality in a strategic manufacturing plant that is investing in its future.
