You will work in a collaborative environment where your legal acumen directly impacts business success across Italy and Switzerland. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliDraft, review, and negotiate agreements and legal documents /liliProvide legal advice on regulatory and intellectual property /liliLead and drive defined areas of legal expertise and specialized projects /liliEnsure ongoing compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies and directives /liliDesign and deliver legal training programs /liliManage and drive dispute resolution effectively /li /ulh3Key Qualifications /h3ulliEducation: Master of Law /liliMinimum Experience: 4 years /liliLanguages: English (C1 level); German (B1 level) /liliBusiness Acumen: Strong business interest, knowledge, and understanding /liliExcellent presentation, communication, drafting, and negotiation skills /liliProven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements /liliKnowledge of intellectual property rights (IPR)
