ppbDesign the warehouses of tomorrow by transforming complex customer needs into smart, innovative automation solutions. /b /p pAs a bSolution Designer /b, you will turn complex warehouse operations into smart, scalable automation solutions. You will design end-to-end concepts that bring together AutoStore, robotics, software, and material handling systems to solve real-world logistics challenges. /p pWorking from customer data, operational requirements, and warehouse processes, you will develop layouts, simulations, system concepts, and integration designs that balance performance, scalability, and commercial viability. You will work closely with customers, Sales teams, and technical specialists throughout the solution design process—from understanding operational challenges and business needs to shaping a complete automation concept. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liAnalyze customer data, including SKU profiles, inventory levels, order patterns, throughput requirements, and operational performance. /li liDesign warehouse processes and automation solutions that meet current and future business needs. /li liSize, configure, and simulate AutoStore systems. /li liDevelop warehouse layouts and technical designs using CAD and 3D modeling tools. /li liDefine operational workflows and integration concepts between automation systems, ERP platforms, and WMS solutions. /li liDesign Material Flow Control (MFC) processes and system interactions. /li liPrepare technical documentation and customer proposals. /li liPresent, discuss, and defend technical solutions with customers and internal stakeholders. /li liSupport the Sales organization throughout the pre-sales process and customer engagements. /li liCollaborate with colleagues across software, robotics, automation, and project delivery teams. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul li4+ years of experience designing warehouse automation or intralogistics solutions. /li liEngineering degree or equivalent technical expertise. /li liStrong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets. /li liAbility to identify trends, evaluate operational requirements, and recommend automation strategies. /li liProficiency in AutoCAD for developing technical layouts and solution designs. /li liStrong experience creating and interpreting 2D drawings; experience with 3D modelling and visualization is an advantage. /li liExperience with warehouse automation technologies, software integration, and material handling systems. /li liProfessional proficiency in both English and Italian. /li liStrong communication and presentation skills. /li liProactive approach and willingness to challenge and improve existing solutions.

The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and the requirements of the role.
