ppWe are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Food , Beverage Manager to take overall responsibility for BAR BOCA and lead both the front- and back-of-house teams. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOverall Leadership: Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of the restaurant, ensuring a consistently high-quality guest experience. /liliTeam Management , Development: Lead, mentor, coach and inspire the Executive Chef, Restaurant Manager and wider F, B team. /liliCulture , Teamwork: Create a respectful, positive and professional working environment that encourages teamwork, employee development, motivation and accountability. /liliFinancial Management: Manage daily cost controls, budgets, revenue targets and financial performance while identifying opportunities to improve profitability. /liliOperational Standards: Maintain high standards of service, presentation, food quality, hygiene, safety and overall restaurant operations. /liliPurchasing , Controls: Oversee purchasing, inventory,



supplier relationships and operational controls in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager. /liliMarket , Commercial Awareness: Understand the local Curaçao market, guest preferences, buying patterns and emerging hospitality trends, while developing opportunities for events, groups and incentive business. /liliGuest Experience: Be a visible and welcoming presence in the restaurant, building relationships with guests and ensuring issues are handled professionally and efficiently. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience in Food , Beverage Management, Restaurant Management or Hospitality Management, preferably in an upscale restaurant, resort or hotel environment. /liliDegree or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Business Administration, Hotel , Restaurant Management or Food Service Management preferred. /liliStrong leadership, communication and organizational skills. /liliCommercially minded with a solid understanding of budgeting, cost control and reven /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
